The molded pulp tableware plate are produced with wood pulp, bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp, etc as the raw materials. After pulping, screening, refining and ajusting pulp consistency process,then it will be formed on the old of the forming machine by vacuum suction.The final molded pulp tableware can be produced after drying, pressing, and triming.

The servo motor with gear racks can make the mold to realize horizontal and vertical movement, each mold will have smooth operation, accurate positioning. The function of automatic stacking and counting system can make the process of product finishing, statistics more convenient. The humanized operation interface is simple, convenient and fast. The process of drying, hot-pressing, forming will be automatic continuous completed on the same machine. So it has less ground demand and can save labor with no hands contact to products.
