The pulp molded tableware making machine line process: pulping, screening and refining process. The pulp will be adjusted to a certain consistency, and then it will be formed on the mold of the forming machine by vacuum.
Pulp molded dishware has high requirement on the output and surface finishing. ZH developed and manufactured are with large platen size, fully automatic control, high precision platen machining, high precision mold processing and intelligent temperature control. With full machine systems controled by PLC+ touch screen, all these characteristics of high efficiency, safety with high quality, with lower labor cost.
1. Pulping system
It includes pulper, agitator, pumps, and pulping system cabinet.
Pulper: volume 1.0m3. Material of the pulper and impeller: stainless steel.
Agitator: mixing blade diameter 600mm. Material shaft and lamina: stainless steel.
Pulping system cabinet:
used to automatically regulating the pulping system each movements. The main electronical parts is SIEMENS, small relay is Omron.
2. Forming system
It includes the pulp molding forming machine, mold and main system control cabinet
ZHTS-8270 forming machine details:
Mold platen size: 820mm*700mm
Forming platen: 1 set. Hot-press platen: 2 sets
Forming method: automatic reciprocating vacuum and thermocal forming with servo motor drive.
Drying method: Electricity drying and pressing
Forming, drying and hot-pressing processes are all completed in the forming machine automatically.
PLC+Touch screen on the cabinet control every system and movements. The main electrical parts are SIEMENS brand.
