The machine generally consists of four parts, namely, pulping, moulding, drying and packing systems. Among these working procedures, the pulping system and moulding system are performed by machine mostly.

The raw materials can be used as old newsprint, magazine, used cartons or any kind of paper products, and goes through the process of pulping, screening, consistency regulating, forming and drying. The same machine is used to produce moulded pulp egg cartons as well with a higher capacity.

Application:

• By changing different moulds, the machine can also produce various kinds of moulded pulp products with large quantity such as egg box (6-hole, 10 hole, 12-hole,etc) , fruit tray (apple tray, avocado tray, pear, etc), Coffee cup tray ( 2-cup holder, 4-cup and 5-cup holder) and wine bottle tray, etc. It can also manufacture types of inner packages for electric products and disposable medical-care products.
